The Challenge
Wagheswar Dairy was facing a critical quality control failure on their bottling line. The existing OEM capper heads were unable to apply caps correctly. Consistently, bottles were exiting the line with caps that were cross-threaded, completely loose, or physically damaged by the heads. This compromised the dairy product's seal integrity and caused unnecessary operational delays.

The Edisun Solution
Upon inspection, Edisun engineers determined that standard magnetic capper heads would not solve the issue because the machine's existing cam mechanism was fundamentally unsuited for them. Instead, we custom-engineered and manufactured 8 specialized Mechanical Screwing Capper Heads. We performed highly precise height and internal profile adjustments, achieving proper cap fitment for the dairy's specific bottles.
The Result
In April 2026, Edisun successfully replaced all 8 faulty heads on the machine. The new mechanical screwing capper heads eliminated all instances of cross-threading and cap damage. The line now operates smoothly, delivering perfectly sealed bottles with 100% capping accuracy.
