The Coca-Cola facility in Kalahasti was experiencing significant efficiency and quality control issues on their juice filling lines. The factory's existing OEM filling valves were unable to maintain an accurate fill line, resulting in bottles filling brimful (overfilling). This led to severe product wastage, messy production conditions, and inconsistencies in final product presentation.
The Edisun Solution
Edisun Consultants & Engineers stepped in to re-engineer the filling mechanics. We designed, manufactured, and installed our proprietary Level Filling Bottom Close Juice Valves across the affected line. These valves were custom-machined to integrate seamlessly into their existing machinery while providing drastically improved fluid dynamics and shut-off precision.
The Result
Immediately after installation in 2019, the brimful filling issue was completely eliminated. The Edisun precise level filling valves ensured that every single bottle filled to the exact, proper required level. Product waste was halted, and line efficiency was restored to optimum capacity.
